Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

FlowsCheckout offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription.

This guarantee applies to the first subscription of each new customer. Renewals and re-subscriptions are not covered by this guarantee.

2. Free Trial Period

All our plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you cancel during the trial period, no fee will be charged and you retain access to the Service until the end of the trial period.

3. Refunds After the Guarantee Period

After the 14-day period, subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Prolonged Service unavailability exceeding 48 consecutive hours
  • Proven billing error on our part
  • Termination by us (excluding violation of Terms of Service)

In these exceptional cases, the refund will be calculated pro-rata for the unused time remaining in the current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at hello@mirorpay.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your FlowsCheckout account
  • The date of subscription
  • The reason for your refund request

We will process your request within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your FlowsCheckout dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

After cancellation, your checkout pages continue to function until the end of the paid period. We recommend migrating your configurations before this date. We can export your settings and templates upon request.

6. Termination by FlowsCheckout

In the event of a violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without notice and without refund. Grounds include but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abusive use of the Service
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Compromising the integrity of our infrastructure

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription to change your mind, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. This right applies to consumers (individuals acting outside their professional capacity).

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we commit to finding an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, under French law.
