Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FlowsCheckout platform (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept all of these terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by MirorPay, a company registered in France. By using the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with MirorPay.

2. Service Description

FlowsCheckout is a SaaS service that enables Shopify and WooCommerce merchants to host their checkout pages on their own domain. The Service eliminates redirects to third-party payment pages, allowing customers to complete their purchases directly on the merchant’s domain.

The Service includes: custom checkout page hosting, custom domain management, payment provider integration (Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, etc.), professional templates, and a management dashboard.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Not be located in a country subject to international sanctions
  • Operate a legitimate e-commerce store

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Plans

The Service is offered under different subscription plans (Starter, Business, Agency, Enterprise) as described on our Pricing page. The features and limits of each plan are specified at the time of subscription.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly, in advance. All prices are in euros (EUR) exclusive of taxes. VAT is applied according to applicable legislation. Payment is processed via Stripe — we do not store your credit card information.

5.3 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, if you have not subscribed, access to the Service will be suspended.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Sale of products or services prohibited by law
  • Circumventing payment systems or financial fraud
  • Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Distributing malware or harmful content
  • Any activity that could damage, disable, or overload our infrastructure

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account violating this clause, without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The FlowsCheckout Service, including but not limited to its source code, design, templates, algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of MirorPay and is protected by intellectual property laws. By using the Service, we grant you a non-exclusive, nontransferable, limited license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms.

The checkout page templates provided as part of the Service may only be used through the FlowsCheckout platform. Their reuse, modification, or distribution outside of the Service is prohibited.

8. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge having read and understood this policy.

Regarding your customers' data processed through our checkout pages, you are the data controller and we act as a data processor. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and comply with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

9. Availability and Warranties

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.9% (excluding scheduled maintenance). The Service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MirorPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

FlowsCheckout is a checkout optimization tool. We do not guarantee any specific conversion rate or amount of recovered revenue. Results vary by merchant, industry, traffic, and products.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is given for the remaining period, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms or use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes. In such cases, no refund will be due.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
